Refund & Cancellation Policy

01.Digital Product

SHREE RAGO delivers a digital image that is unlocked immediately after payment. Because the product is delivered instantly, an order cannot be cancelled once the image has been revealed.

02.7-Day Satisfaction Promise

• •Eligible refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• •Refunds may be considered where the image could not be delivered, was delivered corrupted or unusable, or where a duplicate payment was made.
• •Requests based on disagreement with the selected image or on individual experience alone are not eligible, as the selection is deterministic and the experience is belief-based.
• •Approval of refund requests is at the discretion of SHREE RAGO in line with this policy.

03.How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. The exact time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

04.How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@shreerago.com with your name, the mobile number or email used at purchase, the date of purchase and the reason for your request.

05.Product Not Delivered

In the rare event that payment succeeds but your image is not delivered, contact us and we will either restore access to your image or issue a full refund, at your preference.
